Shipping Policy


All Domestic Orders are shipped through DTDC, the delivery time for each package is 3-7 working days. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with the link to track your order. Shipping Charges:

Shipping is free within India.

We also offer Express shipping in selected pin codes, chargeable additionally at Rs.650/- per consignment.
Delivery time is 24-72 hours. Please reach out to our team on Whatsapp regarding express delivery before checkout.


Delivery Method:
For International deliveries, we have tied up with DTDC who further connects with FedEx, DHL or UPS (depending upon the delivery location). The delivery time is 4-10 working days. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with the link to track your order.

The shipping charges would vary depending upon the consignment size.

Please Note: Duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not consider possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours/2 business days except for Indian public holidays where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances as that is beyond our scope of effort. We will go out of our way to deliver your order at the earliest possible to ensure a seamless shopping experience. For any unforeseen circumstances , we request you to please bear with us.
It is best advised to keep some extra days in hand before placing the order, to avoid last minute issues.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders or reach out to our team on WhatsApp for further assistance.

We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 16 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure some materials. 

While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
